1) How do I see the details of my civilian shipping lines?

2) Are officer teams (Survey, diplomatic, etc) still a thing?

On the Naval Organization window, bottom of your list on the left, you will find the civvy lines.

They are not. This page is a good place to go to check for specific changes.
