Title: Nation Creation

SInce this section is going to be part of the Player's Kits we will be developing I am going to post it here. This is the Nation Creation document that will be part of the Player's Kit. What I need from the fine folks on this board is commentary on the rules, ease of following, and example clarity.

So please, comment since it can only improve the product.
