Version 6.20. As the year turns 2070 in my game, I experimented with this and ultimately decided not to use it, reverting to an earlier save. I used the Auto Assign button on the Commanders screen(F4 I think).
So I progress to mid-Feb., at which point the game reassigns some two dozen or so officers without me asking it to do so. Thankfully I have a Jan. 28 save to use, and I have done that. When I advanced again, it did not happen again -- any idea why this happened, or how I can prevent it?
