Good luck with the move!  8)

It's all internal to the hosting company. Hopefully post-move, we'll see some speed improvements.

PST is the time zone of the move.

Server clocks should be on Central time.

The forum clocks use whatever time zone one tells them to.  If one has told them nothing, they default to North American Eastern Time (standard, not DST) -- a.k.a. GMT-5h.
I assumed that the server time would default to the location where the host is physically based, and they'd use that for scheduling. I could be wrong though.

Between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am in which time zone?

The forum clocks appear to use GMT-5h. It's probably that.

In the next 1-3 days, the host is going to be moving servers. This will happen between 8pm and 6am. The site will be down during this move.
