If one has told them nothing, they default to North American Eastern Time (standard, not DST) -- a.k.a. GMT-5h.I assumed that the server time would default to the location where the host is physically based, and they'd use that for scheduling. I could be wrong though.

The forum clocks appear to use GMT-5h. It's probably that.
