Marking Special Tech Systems Obsolete
« on: April 09, 2012, 07:19:39 PM »
I'd love to see a way to mark some of the special systems obsolete. . .

Lets face it. . .  Why keep using Grav/Geo Sensors when Improved Grav/Geo Sensors are available? Or Jump Gate Construction 180 when 120 is available? Salvage 500 when 750 is available?

While there may be instances when you would, I can't imagine most people will and it would be nice to removed the clutter from the class design screen. . .

You can do so in the class design window. Look for the "Obso Comp" button. :)
Fun Fact: The minimum engine power of any ship engine in Aurora C# is 0.01. The maximum is 120000!

There it is. . .  Silly me, I was looking for it on the Technology Report dropdowns where I was marking everything else. . .  Less of a need now that I know where to do it, but. . .  adding it to the Technology Report page would still be nice :)
