It stops the game advancing time in any of the other systems so you get a massive performance boost in terms of turn processing time. On bigger games its invaluable when you are down to 5 second ticks and don't want to be waiting ten seconds for each tick to process.

Found it thanks, at the bottom of the contacts tab rather than the sensor tab. I must have gone through those tabs ten times last night so no idea why I could not see it.

And you're sure you do not have Reduced Window Size on? Because that cuts off the Timebubble button.

Stupid question but where is the button to put a system in a time bubble when advancing time in 7.1? I could have sworn it was on the sensor tab on the map screen but can’t for the life of me spot it!
