Except by changing the standard allocation in ship design for the collier in question, do a load from planet, then revert its standard allocation?  :-X

See the Ordinance Management tab on the Ships window (F6).

Yup F6 is the way to go here.  I never set a standard loadout for my colliers as they always seem to be carrying wildly different loads each time and F6 is the best way to go.  Just remember to load from the right population if there are many choices.

Thanks ... time for me to prepare the demise of a Swarm Queen ship .... Moving to position FACs armed with the new ASM2 Slugger-6 missile (a small size 2 missile, very slow and not agile but which is delivering 6 points of damages, to hammer on the big lady)
