The article mentions a Tokamak reactor, which I recognize as something that can be researched in Aurora.

Just curious what Earth's current level of tech development would be considered to be with respect to Aurora.  I think we must be somewhere between Nuclear Pulse (nuke bombs going off one after the other?) and Ion engines, considering we have one or two small spacecraft that have continued thrust engines.
