NPR Gate Spamming

Hi there,

is there a way to stop the Gate Spamming NPRs do? Or do they stop with that at some point when they have reached a certain limit? It is a bit annoying... .

1) Don't play with NPRs on. At least not with any pregenerated at game start.

2) Conquer them.

I SMed them away because they are allied  ;D
However they do rebuild them, so I deleted their Ship Design. Don't know yet if they will reappear... .
