That is where the forum software places them. I don't code PHP (though I can read enough of it to be dangerous), so changing it is outside of my bailiwick.

Hi !

After 10 years registrered, i’m reading the forum from time to time, and i have something to say.

Each time i want to "thanks" a user, like Kyle for Quasar4X updates, i first read the content of the message, then i have to move back up to reach the Say Thanks" button.   Some messages can be quite long too, several screens long.   Quite the same with "Quote". 

"Quote" and "Say Thanks" could at the bottom on the topic, not on top (or both). 

It seems more logical. 

Don’t you think ?
