I've had my colony on Mars for a few years now, yet the population has grown out of control very rapidly. I already need over 1k PPV, which there is no way for me to provide right now. I sent about 500 infrastructure initially, as this happened to me before, but my hard-working Martians built their own. Is this something that is intended? If so, is there a setting I can downscale so population does not grow as fast? As it is right now, I cannot play this. . .
Also, this is my first post here, so please let me know if I need to provide more data / information.
