Dropping off teams question

Aboard my cruiser, I have a cyber team awaiting deployment.  The vessel is in orbit around the planet.  I issued the order, Drop off Teams, the pick team appears, I double click on the team, then I click on Drop off teams.  Receive: "Please select a team." message.  Do I have the order of the instructions wrong?

Is there a colony on the planet?

The way I do it, click drop off team, select the team, click "add move".

Selecting a team to pick up / drop off is one of the few orders that doesn't work by double-clicking.  You haveto 'Add Move'.
