Am follow my "History tech Drive guide-line".--
in others hands am reach a further level in Drive ONLY when am encounter another race more faster than me or in some incrememt dating time-TL1 +29years TL2+29x2+29years TL3+29x3+29x2years and so on..because for my point of view Drive tech r very slow technology.

Missile instead,for Mankinds r "funny" tech:D..so must r most advanced than others:)
Ive spent a vast amount of money in missile's research field.Very much.

A little slow for my taste, given you have reached Ion-engine tech, but, as I said, this is a matter of taste/doctrine.
Also, I realy don´t like zero passives, but again, this is a matter of taste/doctrine.
Other than that, it looks good, especially your AMMs. Those to-hit-chances are excellent. I´d wager you have advanced quite a bit more in missile agility tech than in engine tech
I agree with Hawkeye; good design, particularly the AMMs.  I would say that the lack of armour is an issue.  As you know, your ability to operate in nebula is constrained.  Then again you wouldn't be able to fight with this ship in nebula anyway so I guess it's not much of an issue really(other than reducing your transit speed). How's that for an about face in less than a paragraph?  :)
