Error in GetSystemThemeName

Ok, pretty sure this has happened before so no use to post it in any bug list.
Current Game version, you know what has happened so far if you read my AAR.^^

So, called a 30 day increment, last increment Length was adjusted to one one day for possible fleet interception.
26th August 36.

Error 3075 was generated by DAO.Database.

Syntax Error(Missing Operator) in query name 'Tret'yakov' and Race ID 1012'.

..Or something, the last line is freely translated from German.

Then it gets an Error 3420, The object is invalid, twice, after which it normally processes the 30 days, though it takes longer, and makes more noise, to process it.

That was it, now it runs smooth again.
Do I need to feel worried that something will be borked in the background, and eventually kill the game?

This is a common error that is to do with the single quote in the middle of the name 'Tret'yakov'.

Is this a name that you entered into the game yourself? Steve was pretty thorough and removed all instances of single quotes from name generation a few versions ago.

If you can get to the Database then have a look for it and remove it yourself.

I haven't asked for the design password yet, so ; I can't.
And I didn't add that myself.
Luckily, it didn't give me any more problems.
Who knows, maybe the race has been wiped already.
