Title: How to have two different empires open on different screens

So me and my brother are trying to play a multiplayer esc game using the same pc and acting almost turn based.  I have a two screen computer and was wondering if there was a way to have two versions of the system map and population and production windows open on the screens, one showing each empire? I read somewhere on the forum this might be possible but lost on how to achieve it.  Thanks

This isn't possible in the current version, sorry, but it will be in C#.
