lol. Yes, it is additive. We have recently put together a program that assists in processing the really time intensive things like population incrementation and infrastructure placement.

Sorry for not posting anything lately. But I have been very busy with Beyond the Stars!. We have the first playtest sessions completed and the initial stages of the game are now inline with what we were hoping to do.

The next playtest session is about to begin. So I have put all of my writing on hold till BTS! is further down the construction pipeline.  8)

The only think that I can think is that it is a character set issue.  Word sometimes uses non-standard quote marks (probably MS's desire to try to force people to use MS products to view stuff on the web).
