MultiSelection on Commander screen

hi Steve,i think r more useful for easyest life,can Multiselect commander at once then ERASE,from Retirement parking pool,when u have thousands of them,and pc got sign of tired:)

When I update the commanders with the new service life rules, I will very likely remove the Retired pool entirely so that should solve the problem
