I changed the terms of my broadband account about three months ago to a better deal. Unfortunately, my ISP decided to be "helpful" and added a spam filter without telling me. I have only just realised this and it turns out this filter puts the "spam" in a folder on the internet (which I didn't know existed) and then deletes it after a month. I have just checked this folder and found several 800+ emails for the last month, including everything from
eluken@pentarch.org. So if you have sent me an email in the last three months that I appeared to have ignored, its probably because I never saw it.
I hate it when software tries to be "helpful"
