I am bit confused from those troop sizes and capacities.
Is Construction brigade the size of 5 battalions so I need 5x Troop Transport Bay to be able to load 1 CB?

Yes.

Construction Brigades are size 5, Conventional and Forced Labor battalions are size 25, and marine companies are size... 0.2?  Otherwise everything is size 1.

Yes, only if they are in the same TG and never separate while transporting (bad things can happen if you do).
