Fighters in PDC question?

I have attached fighters to hangars in a PDC facility, my question is how to repair my fighters in a PDC?
They seem to repair fine on a ship but not on a PDC.

One other question is about fighters and fleet training. My fighters in the PDC don't seem to get any fleet training while the PDC itself does. Do I actually need to form up the fighters in a TG and have them fleet training all by themselves?

They won't train in a PDC, just create a 1 engine(or maybe even no engine) carrier to do training with.
