Title: Weapons dissapears after upgrading ships

Hey there Steve.

I recently found a bug related to the weapons of a ship. When it is upgraded, it seems that the weapons dissapears from the "combat ship" tab.

User "El Pip" told me that if you click on "auto assign FC" the weapons magically appear again (and it worked, at least for me).

You shoudl use the Bug report thread for 1.13 though, instead of making a new thread.
