I've added a mod that provides RSS 1.0, RSS 2.0, Atom 1.0 customized newsfeeds. Users select forums they want, including protected forums if they can access them.

The access is via the Smartfeed link near the FAQ/Members/Logout in the upper right corner.

In reply to the need for tables, I've added 4 BBCode tags.

These are -
Table Required to bracket the table
Row Required to bracket the rows.
Mcol Bold, centered "heading" column
Col normal text "data" column

I've added a mod that will allow you to mark a particular post (and all the posts after it) as Unread.

You will notice in the user block on the right side at the bottom is "Mark this post unread". Doing so will mark that particular post as unread. Also this mod adds a link at the top of the list of forums. You should now see "View unanswered posts * View new posts * Unread posts/You have no unread posts * View active topics".

Because I like to tinker and mess with things...

You will notice along the top in the header the following: Smartfeed, FAQ, Downloads (this is new!, Members, Logout.

The new Downloads link will take you to a page which lists all the files for Aurora.

Y'all might have noticed the banner up top. Added banners. Email me if you'd like to have a banner. Keep in mind I'll only accept gaming/4x related banner links.

Also added a status similar to facebook. Shows under your name on posts and on the member profile.

Added an XFire profile. Visible in the member profiles.

Added a Rules page to the header bar.

Added a facility for forums to have a custom logo. (No logos yet).

Added a mod to hide bots from the online status.

If there is anyone more artistically inclined than myself, and wants to create a banner for Aurora Downloads (or some variation on that), send it to me, and I'll replace the plain text link. Max size should be 728x90 pixels.

FYI, the Aurora link is on a 5:1 ratio over the other link in there at the moment.

Made a slight change to the wiki. You now log in with you forum login, rather than any you created for the wiki.

Added a bug tracker (which can be expanded into features and issues also)

Select "Bug Tracker" then Aurora. In somewhat small lettering are the words "Post New Ticket"

This might aid Steve in tracking bugs without wading through posts.

Just a warning, this particular mod is a beta, so if something blows up, let me know and I'll pass it on to the developer.

This new version of phpBB has a built-in rss feed function. It is accessed from the Smartfeed link in the header. Let me know if you have any problems with it.
