[ooc]Happy forth for us Americans, hope everyone had safe fun times doing whatever they did, probly blowing up bits of fireworks. sorry my turn is late this week. after the fourth had my nephews 2nd birthday so ive been quite busy. since noone has stepped forward it seems Payne will be our next preisdent, and this turn will take us to the end of 2064 and january 1st 2065. so ill give until next monday for the new president to have his cabinent up and running and then we'll try going back to the monday thursday turns.[/ooc]
