Title: New politic system ?

So the population is empty it is only a number on my screen , to give a little more life (and indeed it would be good for AAR) , if say for a republic the game generates a results of voting for a leader or another, depending on the cause, type of government changes . it does not really change the gameplay but it would make it more alive.

Steve has asked that we NOT (in general) start new threads in suggestions.  Instead, suggestions should go into the official thread.  Please only start a new thread if it is very likely to spawn a large discussion.
