I have a geo survey TG exploring proxima centauri. When I set it's default order to
  • "Survey nearest planet OR moon", the events logs answers : no available target within 10 billions kilometers.
  • "Survey nearest planet", the events logs answers : no available target within 10 billions kilometers.
  • "Survey nearest moons", the TG goes on and makes its survey

Did I miss something or is it a bug Trans Newtonian Logic  :D ?

The ship should be doing the order as you expect it to. I've never issued the order myself as I just set it to survey nearest body or 5 bodies.
