npr generated past 2100 in my games had 13.333k and 14.00k :)
with tier 8 or 9 propulsion research done
yes they were faster than spoilers from all previous games :)
and made me to build 20k speed for myself

How did you get such fast NPRs? My never exceeded past 8kkm/s.

And no, there is no way to upgrade the spoilers. Wrecks will just make the swarms bigger (and laggier), and precursors do not employ scavengers.

Does anyone know how to upgrade the swarm and precursors? I'm thinking of just leaving a bunch of wrecks in a swarm system. The NPRs are at 12-20k km/s while the precursors are 5k. I would like to have the spoilers be a threat.
