Ship to Ship refueling

Can someone point me in the direction of a step by step guide to ship to ship refueling please? I've looked through the forum seeing the post on 1. 95 refueling issues.  Tried lots of combinations of refueling from targets, own fleets etc but just can't figure it out.  I have a survey vessel out of fuel that I want to rescue with a tanker.

Move another tanker on same location then issue the refuel from stationary tanker from the tanker out of fuel. To see it from the order list you need to flag the fleet option on the top. This also to order the refuel.

Can you only replenish a tanker then? It's a survey ship at want to replen.  that I didn't set high enough fuel % to move to refuel.

Yay! Got it.  Thanks very much, been batting my head against this for ages.

Love this game, but there's such a learning curve.
