Yah, I had to deal with surgical recovery a while back. Had to get my lymphnodes removed because large lumps kept forming, they didn't know what it was at first but they were thinking it was cancer, It turned out to be Cat Scratch Fever. It took a few (2-3) days to regain normality but it is still sore to this day.
