Larger modules are way cheaper, however I think they increase maintenance.
I just checked, standard fuel storage gives one msp, large doesnt give any. This is probably a bug.

They are cheaper for the amount of fuel they carry.  Very important for tankers and sorium harvesters.

What is the advantage of using the larger fuel modules? For example, 1 Fuel Storage contains 50000 litres of fuel, is 1 HS, and has 1 HTK. 1 Large Fuel Storage contains 250000 litres of fuel, is 5 HS, and has 1 HTK. You seem to get less HTK for no loss in efficiency of fuel containment--the only benefit I can see is taht it takes fewer clicks to add fuel storage to your ships.
