At the moment there new technologies related to changes in the engine. A lot of stuff has been added especially in relation to ground combat. Theres no list but it's mostly in the C# changes thread, and some in the discussion thread(s).
Just a few examples of new stuff :
Refuelling systems (50,000 - 500,000 LPH)
Underway replenishment (20 - 100%)
Maintenance capacity (1200-3600 tons)
Particle lance
Reduced size launcher techs removed ( all now available at start)
Ordnance transfer systems (40-400 MSP)
Magazine ejection tech renamed to 'Magazine neutralization system"
I may have missed one or 2 which are still being discussed and arent finalized.
