Please try installing the
Visual C++ 2019 redistributable [microsoft.com]. Pick one of the 64-bit vc_redist .exe files in the list near the top of the page.
The system map uses OpenGL shaders to draw orbits. If it freezes or crashes, or you cant see the orbits, try updating your video drivers.
