A little slow for my taste, given you have reached Ion-engine tech, but, as I said, this is a matter of taste/doctrine.
Also, I realy don´t like zero passives, but again, this is a matter of taste/doctrine.
Other than that, it looks good, especially your AMMs. Those to-hit-chances are excellent. I´d wager you have advanced quite a bit more in missile agility tech than in engine tech
