Title: Random POW's

Bit of background first I SM added something to mars for classic alien civ storyline and after sending an xenology team to see what was their before I  send any colonists I find three lots of POW's.

So what's happening and can I gain anything from them?

Its a bug. The POWs are from a previous game and they were not deleted when the game was deleted. The program has created a population which happens to have the same ID as a pop from the previous game and is therefore picking up the POWs.
