Additionally, the Stockpile +/- column only actually shows something if mineral packets arrived in the immediately previous time advancement.  It does not accumulate them over time or over the production cycle.  As such, it's pretty worthless.

Check the system map (F3) to see if any packets have actually arrived yet. They may be en-route.

OK, I have setup some mass drivers on a comet, Stephan-Oterma and I have a lot more on earth.  I have them pointed towards earth and it shows on the mining screen that the minerals are going to earth.  But on the earth screen, nothing show arriving and based upon my stockpiles, I don't think anything is.  

Clearly I have overlooked/messed something up.  Help?!  Thanks!
