Title: Can'T create account

Hi,
There is no seperate "about this forum" topic so I'll post here instead.
I wanted to create an account, but I always get the error message: "CleanTalk: *** Forbidden.  You submitted too quickly.  You may try again in a few seconds.  ***"
Username is available, password valid, I've tried several times over a span of 10 minutes.  I don't understand what the error wants me to do.

CleanTalk is a third party automated anti-spam measure.

I have no control over it. Your best bet is to email me and I can create the account for you.
