Academy Name

Minor question - is it possible currently or will it possible in C# to change the name of the military academy on a particular world?  Given that we are now going to have Academy commandants, I think it would be cool to rename academies based off specialization - the UN Naval Academy, Mars Science Institute, Centauri Ground Force College, etc.
