[ooc]I think we should have a new turn now as I have put in the orders for the shipyard, and nothing new needs to be either discussed or put into place as the Technology minister has already laid out an outline of future polices and the survey ships won't be done until around october, so the turns could be advanced at least to that point to make up for Monday's one month advance.[/ooc]
