i discovered and surveyed 3 systems to date but my galatcic map is a mess
how to make a displey clear ? like i saw in few aars posted on forum

Play around with the screen a little.  You can shift click on a system and drag it to where you want it then release the shift key.  You need to do this while in the system position sidebar.  When you are done moving the systems around it helps to use the line up button to get things neet and then you need to save positions or you will lose everything you have just done when you close or refresh the map.

If you click on the Help button (which is one of those at the top of the screen), it will show some instructions on moving systems around. It is not completely up to date but it is fine for the basics. One thing it doesn't mention is that right-clicking on a system brings up a popup menu with several useful commands, such as Line Up Systems or Save System Positions.
