With Alpha 4, planetary economics, and the ability to explore and expand out to other starsystems are implemented. Survey ships can be built, they can be given automatic orders to survey(survey nearest survey point/body are the only ones that are currently implemented), colonies can be created(if possible, through the F9 screen create colony button), terraforming can be done, installations built, minerals mined and ships built. Colony and cargo ships can move goods and people between colonies. I'd also like to thank firefly2442 for spotting a few bugs and doing some UI work.

from this point on all development work will move to the ECS branch.
