Title: Lost Contacts

Game version 1.11.0

Playing a 3 player Earth start.
Turn on lost contacts. If you have a contact that was in sensor range but now is not, within the time frame of the lost contact selection, it reveals the current information of the contact rather than the last known position as it did in vb6.
In my case this was player to player detection. I did not test player to computer.
In my case this applies to planetary sensors detecting ships. I did not test thermal/em/active sensors.

Known bug. It works with passive sensor buoys too, and works vs spoiler races.
