Title: Colonization Rebate

I know that the colonization rebate given by the CFN is 0.5 MC per H and Q used?  If your colonists will be taking a two month journey is the rebate 1.0 MC?  In other words is the rebate a simple 0.5 MC, or is it 0.5 MC per month of transport?

The rebate is fixed, since if you are not using SFA and calculating by hand you calculate the price to emplace the colonists and then if the journey is 2 months you pay that price twice.
