I finally have had a chance to get back to this and take a look.

I've fixed the non-backing up backup.
I've added some feedback in the form of status labels.
Added a "Stop Backups" (though closing the program functions as this also).
Renamed to take out the "Launcher" bit.

Fixed error with not finding Stevefire.mdb
Allowed installer to update over older install.
