Lost Posts?

Have we lost some posts overnight? I made two posts yesterday that have now vanished from the forum. One was a very long post on the new maintenance rules.

It looks like the host did a restore. I'll look into that.

Yes, we have.  I also made a long post on some ideas for engineering divisions, and it is gone.  I noticed that no one posted anything all day, with the last time I checked being an hour ago.  My post was there then.  

Then, when I logged on this time, it is gone.

I recall reading that. I made a backup of the board's database yesterday. Let me check to see if the posting is in there.

Just got word from the host. There was some data loss, and my backup was after it :(
