A way to search for commanders by assignment.

In VB6 there was a way to look at the various command positions and then click on the one you were looking for and it would bring up the assigned commander.  In C# you have to filter by rank range and have to also scroll through all the unassigned officers as well.  The C# window also has no option to sort by assignment type, required rank etc.  like in VB6.  The ideal solution in my mind would be a pop out or embedded window that would display specific assignments, the assigned commanders name, what type of command it is and maybe some other useful info.  Maybe location or required rank for the position could be included.  It would let you filter by those fields and most importantly, if you click on an entry, it would pull up the assigned commander so that the player could set the story character or do not promote flags or manually give them a medal or even just look at the career that got them to that position.  I have some other suggestions but they can wait.  Anyway, thanks Steve for keeping up the great work!

Agreed that this would be most welcome! More options to sort and filter commanders in general (by promotion score, kills, other achievements, etc. ) would be great.
