Kind of confused here due to this being posted and linked to just last month, what exactly is the difference between the 7.10 patch release from 2016 that Steve has stickied and what you're linking to?

As from the looks, you're just linking to a download for the same thing?

I think it's because someone complained that the other download link wasn't working.
