If anyone wishes to have the document (Word format) as a whole for the tutorial posts, I've got it here.

Excellant guide here.

Coule you add 'How to' sections on Terraforming, Solarium Harvesting, and mining with shipboard modules.

Sorium harvesting is probably the easiest. Create a ship with 250k - 500k fuel capacity, tack on a couple engines and a lot of sorium harvesters. Park in orbit around a gas giant with sorium.

Terraformers are maybe the second easiest. Create a ship with a couple terraformers, and move to the planet you wish to terraform. Then from the F2 screen (You'll need a colony on the planet), go to the terraforming tab and start the work.

Mining units... I've not used them much at all. I believe you need a colony, because the mined minerals get dropped onto the planet. If not, you'll need plenty of cargo space. Either way, park the ship with the miners in orbit around the target, and let it go to work. Move on to the next in the list.

Terraforming Modules and Mining Modules work just as if they were Terraforming Installations and Automated Mines. Park them in orbit of a colony and they will be added to the total terraforming modules and total mines for that colony. If you don't have a colony where you need to use them, just add a colony to the system body in question on the F9 system view window.

Ask, and ye shall receive.

Though I should note the document is just the tutorial posts combined into one document.

Once Steve releases 3.2, I'll be reworking the tutorial for 3.2. And I will post both Doc and PDF versions of the file.
