Title: NPR setup document

Ages ago, I had a Word file that someone wrote, Steve maybe?, that gave some quick guidelines to providing more challenging later game NPRs.  I've found a spreadsheet I made about the starting funds from that document, but I haven't found the file itself.  What I'm missing are the parts about bonuses to exploration rolls and such based on the game turn.

Does anyone still have this file laying around that they could post?

This is probably what you are looking for.  It was part of an Unofficial Supplement that was part of the zipped up Starfire Assistant package.

Thanks! Looks like that's an updated version of what I was looking for.  Didn't realize is was in one of the US's.
