« on: May 16, 2018, 06:22:52 PM »What you can do, is to set the missile loadout for your collier in the Class Design window, so that each collier, when built, will automatically load missiles from the planetary stockpile if they are available. This saves you from having to load missiles for the first supply run.
Expanding on this, you can also copy your collier design, give it a different name (I recommend the same name but with suffixes; e.g. 'Macragge A, B, C, etc' or more descriptive suffixes) and then without changing anything about the ship itself, load it up with different default ordnance. Then you can build all the different ones at the same shipyard, and the only difference is their default missile complement, which, if chosen well, will make your life easier 'cause you won't have to constantly fiddle around with reloading your collier for your different task group needs - you just send the correct collier for your needs; e.g. you've used a lot of AMMs, so you send your AMM collier.
It's worth pointing out you can also change the default ordnance loadout in the class design screen even after the design is locked.
