Allied NPR Ships parked in Sol

Can anyone advise why 10 ships of an Allied NPR race ( ships of 7,350 and 34,850 tons ) should be stopped at various locations in my Sol system for many months with no sign of them moving?

Is it possible for NPR ships to eventually use up all supplies / fuel and become derelict?

If they do not move after a few more months is there any way to remove them or salvage them or will they move eventually of their own accord.

PS The ships have information shown including-for 1 location-  (4663.07.28 ago ). If I increment the time by 1 hour this figure becomes ( 4663.08.28 ago ). Can anyone advise what this information signifies ?

It sounds like those are contacts for ships that left the system several years ago. Do you have Lost Contacts switched on the Contacts tab?

Many thanks , the "lost contacts" ticked box was the cause. There are no Allied NPR contacts stationary in Sol.
