Can't select all and do it. Also I am hitting set. Unless it's counting racial portraits it's not that.

I open the program, put test as the game name, set the race as one I randomly create and then type some word (like boom or anything other than test because apparently you can't name the game and the empire the same thing), then start the game and it fails.

You are clicking "Set" after selecting the race? :) I need to make that cleaner. But I've run a dozen or so tests with the same game name as the empire. None broke on that.

I may have figured out the problem and it has to do with the fact that I have Win 10. I am having to go through each file and manually unblock it. I will edit this soon to share the results

Can't select all, then right-click and go to properties?

The game/empire thing is odd. The error log shows that it cannot access the data file or a portion of the path. Can you verify that it is all writable?

What were you attempting to do? Can you post the logs for me to check also?

1629?

Go to the database directory and delete the ai_aide.data file.

I get an "Unhanded exception The given key was not present in the dictionary." when I try to use the overall app. I can use the systemgen bit though.

Also a side note, how is the moon generation coming? I find the moon generation bit being the longest bit of system generation.

So it does. The latest version that is out there is 1536. But that is a year old :(

Let me do a quick compile and make a new post on that version.
